Hotel Tresanton is an ideal base from which to explore the South Cornwall coastline, with stunning views across Falmouth Bay. The village of St Mawes has art galleries, boutiques and cafés.
On the Roseland Peninsula, head to the harbour to catch a passenger ferry to Falmouth, Truro or St Anthony's Head.
By car: around 5 hours 30 minutes from London and 3 hours 30 minutes from Bristol. Free on-site parking avaialble.
By train: London to Truro takes 4 hours 30 mionutes, after which, it's a 30-minute taxi to the hotel. Book trains to Truro.
