Dine on international cuisine at TOO Restaurant (25th floor), where reservations are recommended - it's often full. Head to TOO TacTac Skybar (27th floor) for cocktails and DJs or live music at weekends. We loved the perfectly cooked beef fillet with a spicy soy jus with a side of soy aubergine.

TOO TacTac: rooftop bar and terrace. Signature cocktails, light bites. Open Mon-Sat from 4pm.
