Hotel Review
The Savoy, Strand, London
Beautiful design and a tangible sense of the past pervade this iconic world-famous hotel. First opening its doors in 1889, the establishment has a long tradition of providing well-heeled guests with impeccable service and top-notch facilities. Interiors are a sumptuous blend of Edwardian and Art Deco. There are two terrific restaurants, the legendary American Bar and even a swimming pool.

Style
Still one of the great London hotels and with a history to match. There's a distinctive blend of Edwardian and Art Deco styles enhanced by a sensitive restoration a few years ago. The stainless steel Savoy sign, redesigned Lalique glass fountain in the forecourt and beautiful marble entrance hall set the tone for the rest of the hotel.
