Style

The hotel comprises an original Georgian townhouse and modern extension, although you'll struggle to tell the difference between the two from the interior as the charcoal grey, aubergine and ruby red colour scheme sweeps throughout.

Staff are young and confident with buckets of enthusiasm. There's a glamorour bar and small bright pink lounge. There's no on-site parking, but you do receive a generous 40 per cent discount at a nearby car park.

Restaurants & Bars

Breakfast offers a reasonable continental selection, plus some hot cooked-to-order dishes. The grill menu features classics, for example, buffalo chicken or prawn cocktail to start followed by baby back ribs or handsome steaks. Enjoy a cocktail to get the evening off to a relaxed start - the porn star martini is very popular.

Malmaison Bar & Grill: fusion grill restaurant, seasonal dishes. Open daily for breakfast and dinner, Fri-Sun for lunch and afternoon tea. Fixed price menu from £20.
