Restaurants & Bars
With one of Britain's most celebrated and influential chefs at the helm, fine dining is at the heart of Lympstone Manor. Settle into one of the beautiful dining rooms and enjoy Michael Caines' vision of Modern British cuisine, using the bounty of the Exe estuary (we were wowed by the Scottish langoustine with roasted leak and truffle cream) as well as a variety of locally sourced meats and seasonal vegetables. There's also a carefully curated selection of wines from a well-stocked cellar.
The restaurant: one Michelin star. Formal fine dining, a choice of dining rooms, modern British cuisine. Open for lunch Wed-Sun and dinner daily. Tasting menu from £150.
