Hotel Review
House of Gods, Edinburgh, Scotland
Effectively a cocktail bar with sensuous hideaway 'cabins', this small boutique hotel in a dramatically moody (but convenient) location in the Old Town's Cowgate is a stylish bolthole for glamorous fun.

Restaurants & Bars
The House of Gods bar serves rock and roll-themed cocktails. There's a classy cabaret feel at Lilith's Lounge, named for the Queen of the Damned. The hotel doesn't serve food, although a breakfast hamper is delivered to your room. We loved the breakfast hamper bagel with turkey, Monterey Jack cheese, gooey mustardy sauce and fried potatoes.
House of Gods cocktail bar & Lilith's Lounge: decadent bar and late night hideaway, serving cocktails. Open daily.
