Style

A huge amount of thought has been put into furnishing this beautiful country-house hotel. The building dates from the Jacobean period but Arts and Crafts features added in the late nineteenth century set the tone.

Service & Facilities

The hotel has been lovingly restored and and developed by owners Neil and Zoe Kedward, who transformed it from a derelict building into a B&B, then a restaurant with rooms, and eventually the luxury hotel it is today. Staff are very courteous.

Honey here comes from the hotel's own hives, and fruit and vegetables are grown in the kitchen gardens.
