The hotel is right on Ledbury High Street, with its independent shops, bars and restaurants.

You're on the edge of the Malvern Hills, where there are some great walks to explore.

By car: just over an hour from Birmingham, under 2 hours from Oxford and 3 hours from London. Free on-site parking.

By train: London Paddington to Hereford takes under 3 hours, after which, it's a 30-minute taxi ride to the hotel. Book trains to Hereford.

Style

Originally a coaching inn dating back to 1564, this hotel still has original features in some areas: think original beams, creaking floorboards and roaring open fires. There's a cosy and welcoming feel, emphasised by the comfy seating areas. Outside the front and in the courtyard there are pretty floral baskets and window boxes.
