You have the choice of fine dining (La Terazza) or casual dining (Il Giardino) - either way, chef Fabio Ciervo oversees the food in both restaurants, and both are blessed with panoramic views. We recommend the spaghetti with pecorino and Madagascan wild black pepper flavoured with rose buds, which has been on the Terrazza menu since 2011.
