MORE INFORMATION
Location
Located at Grand Canal Dock, the hotel is in a lively spot of south Dublin, ideal for visiting the docklands and Bord Gáis Energy Theatre. It's surrounded by plenty of cafés and restaurants, and you can also walk along the waterfront.
It's about 20 minutes' walk to the city centre, 10 minutes' walk to the Dart (suburban rail) or less than 10 minutes by car to the city centre.
By plane: Manchester, Birmingham or London to Dublin takes around an hour, after which, it's a 20-minute drive to the hotel. Paid parking available on-site. Book flights to Dublin.
Style
From its eye-catching chequerboard exterior to the stylish interiors, this design hotel makes bold statements. It sits beside the angular Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, so fits right in. We particularly liked the open-plan lobby, bar and dining space with its geometric ceilings.
Service & Facilities
The hotel has a courtesy car and bikes for guests. We experienced excellent service throughout - from reception to the restaurant and the pool. The porter who parked our car even remembered us by name.
